New User Welcome
When it sendsSent once, automatically, whenever an administrator creates a new user account inside an existing tenant (technician, dispatcher, manager, etc.).
FrequencyOne-time per user — only on user creation.
RecipientsThe newly created user (single recipient). If a temporary password was generated, it is included along with a prompt to change it after first login.
NotesUses the tenant's configured SMTP if available; otherwise falls back to the System SMTP.
