Password Reset OTP
When it sendsSent automatically when a user requests a password reset from the login screen ("Forgot password?"). A 6-digit OTP is generated and emailed.
FrequencyOn-demand — each time the user requests a reset. The OTP is valid for 10 minutes.
RecipientsThe user who requested the reset (single recipient, the registered email address of the account).
NotesFor security, the email also includes a warning never to share the OTP and instructions to contact the administrator if the request was not initiated by them.
