Single Notification Email

When it sendsSent whenever an in-app notification is generated whose notification type is configured (in the tenant's notification preferences) to also send an email. Examples: a single work order being assigned to one technician, a service request status change, an approval response.

FrequencyPer event — one email per qualifying notification. The notification queue is drained every minute by the notification processor.

RecipientsA single user — the recipient of the underlying in-app notification.

NotesHigh-volume events (e.g., a bulk PM assignment that creates many notifications for the same user at once) are intentionally not sent as singles — they are coalesced into a per-user batch email instead (see next template).
