Per-User Batch Notification
When it sendsSent when several notifications of the same type accumulate for the same user within a short window (for example, a bulk PM generation that produces 20 work orders all assigned to the same technician). Instead of 20 separate emails, the user receives a single digest with a table.
FrequencyCoalesced — typically one email per user per batch run. The notification queue is processed every minute.
RecipientsA single user — but the email lists every notification rolled up for that user (count badge in the header).
NotesPrevents inbox flooding while preserving the per-user view. Each row links a work-order number, asset, schedule and due date.
